A construction company has started working on the latest stage in the Development Securities and SWIP Property Trust’s final phase of its office-led regeneration project in London, a news report in the local media was able to reveal.

The new 167,000 sq ft 11-storey building, on the site of 12 Hammersmith Grove, includes speculative Grade A office provision, retail space and additional public realm works adjacent to Hammersmith tube station and opposite the Lyric Square in the centre of Hammersmith.

Designed by Flanagan Lawrence, 12 Hammersmith Grove was funded by SWIP Property Trust, part of Aberdeen Asset Management, and is being delivered on the site of a former car park.

Given the long-term planned use for this facility, implementing a very solid and reliable access control system across the entire site is a must, especially for those specific areas where access should be restricted.

Access Control UK employs a variety of access control technologies in order to create advanced solutions, enable users to exert solid, reliable and accurate control over the access to specific premises or zones.

If you’d like to find out more about the range of solutions supplied by Access Control UK, both in terms of hardware (smart card readers, biometric readers, turnstiles, etc.) and software (access rights management software solutions, etc.), just contact us, we’ll be more than happy to answer any queries you might have.
