For example, the Revolution police mountain bike of Pc Andy Jones, who cycles to and from work every day and is among the six dedicated officers, has been partly funded by community groups in Colinton, south-east Scotland. The local council has recently invested £240,000 on the towpath at and has cleaned up graffiti.
