    The University of Derby is set to build a new centre for science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) worth £12m, a recent news report in the local business media has been able to reveal.

  4. Plans approved for new stadium in Scunthorpe

  5. 11-storey office block in the heart of Birmingham receives planning permission

    An 11-storey office block that will become the new head office of HSBC’s ring-fenced bank is set to be built in the heart of Birmingham, a recent news report has revealed.

  6. New £9 million care centre set to be built in Flint town centre

    Flintshire County Council has recently approved plans for building a new care centre in Flint town centre, a recent news report in the local media has been able to reveal.

  9. New £90 million Arena set to be built in Bristol
