New £30 million retirement village to be built in South Derbyshire
Richmond Care Villages, part of Bupa and one of the UK’s best-known operators of fully serviced retirement villages, will add a new £30 million site in South Derbyshire, a recent news report in the local media has been able to reveal.
Richmond Aston-on-Trent is situated at Aston-on-Trent in South Derbyshire and is expected to open in 2016.
Facilities within the village will include a wellness spa with swimming pool and gym, hair and beauty salon, library, IT room, terrace café, restaurant and garden bar, all set within beautifully landscaped grounds.
