T & B Containers opens new site in Cornwall
After securing a major contract for supplying to a major supermarket, fruit and vegetable packaging maker T & B Containers has opened a new 15,000 sq ft site at Formal Business Park in Camborne, a news article on this topic reveals.
The company, which is headquartered in Lincolnshire, had previously been based at a small site in Scorrier, but its new business prospects prompted it to look for a larger site with a high ceiling space.
T & B’s South West area manager Andy Doherty said: "The new business represented a 10 per cent increase in our turnover. Finding larger premises was crucial to serving the contract. Our new facility here in Camborne makes it easier to service our existing clients and is a good base to look into expanding into other food markets in the county."
